We, the undersigned, would like to be a supporter of the Miss Thurston County Scholarship Program by being a Patron for the 2008 program year. The 33nd Anniversary pageant will be held in October 11, 2008. Our patronage will support the pageant event, provide scholarship dollars to the young women who participate, and support the activities of our 2008 Miss Thurston County throughout her service year.

We understand that:

1. Patrons will receive recognition per the Patron level and also any publicity generated by the Miss Thurston County Scholarship Program. This may include, but not limited to, posters, programs and any advertisement by means of media, print, web, or other.

2. With Executive Board approval, Patrons are encouraged to schedule the current Miss Thurston County for promotional purposes such as open houses, receptions, photo sessions, and/or promotion of your products or services. For scheduling appearances, please call Sharon Forberg, Business Manager, at (360) 701-7733. Should Miss Thurston County be selected Miss Washington, contract negotiations become the responsibility of the Miss Washington Organization and no longer fall under the jurisdiction of MTCSP. In this situation, the first runner-up will then become Miss Thurston County and be available to fulfill this contract.

3. The Miss Thurston County Scholarship Program needs to receive the Patron’s commitment by August 1, 2008 in order to properly credit you in our upcoming pageant program. The sooner confirmation of sponsorship is made the better, helping with program planning. However, you may be come a program patron at any time.

4. MTCSP is a registered non-profit organization, Section 501(c)4 of the Internal Revenue Code.

5. Payments may be made in full or by installment as indicated.
